A holiday residence in authentic style, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday; Casale ‘Regina’ consists of a main house (suitable for 5 people) and a separate guest house for 2 people. The detached house is situated on a large private territory, at the end of a non-main road, close to the medieval village of Collevecchio, on the top of a hill surrounded by a lovely, private garden with an access road with a lockable gate on one side.
The site offers a lot of privacy, is very quiet and has beautiful views all over the Sabin hills. Casale ‘Regina’ is surrounded by a large beautiful, private garden with various fruit trees: figs, apricots, olives, lemons, pomegranates which is attractively illuminated at night.
The multiple terraces, a veranda under grape vines, the large swimming pool with sun loungers, solar outdoor shower, table tennis and trampoline will allow you to fully enjoy the Italian outdoors.
The living room, decorated with care and tastefully, has an impressive open fireplace with wood burning stove. The kitchen, stylishly renovated in 2015 with old and local building materials, is equipped with a SMEG oven, stove, microwave and Miele dishwasher and offers seating for 8 people.
Of course an espresso machine is not missing (but of course you can also make coffee with original percolators!). Also available on the ground floor, a washing machine and an additional bathroom including a toilet.
Two spacious and comfortable bedrooms with a bathroom, fitted with high beamed ceilings and beautiful views, can be reached via a spacious, impressive external staircase with balcony. Again a wonderful view over the Sabine hilly landscape.
Opposite the main house is the guesthouse, ideal hideaway for (grand-) parents, an au pair or older children. With it’s own entrance, the guesthouse consists of a sleeping area for two people and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.
